With CNC-controlled milling, we produce exactly what your drawing or sketch shows, as a single part or a small series. For your project with us, or supplied to your own workshop.

How we work
From the first conversation to handover

Drawing & coordination
You send us a drawing, file or sketch with dimensions. We check feasibility, clarify material and quantity and give you a price.

Programming & milling
We transfer the data to the machine and mill the parts. For a series, we check the first part before all the others follow.
3
Collect or have them installed
You collect the finished parts in Nittendorf, or we deliver them and, on request, install them straight away.

Frequently asked questions
What data do you need for CNC machining?
The easiest option is a dimensioned drawing or a CAD file. A neat sketch with all the dimensions is often enough as well, and we'll clarify the rest together.
Which materials can you mill?
Mainly solid wood and panel materials such as MDF, birch plywood or chipboard. We'll tell you whether your material is suitable after a quick look at your enquiry.
Is CNC worthwhile for a single part too?
Yes, especially for complicated shapes or precise cut-outs. With several identical parts, CNC machining plays to its strengths even more, because every part comes out exactly the same.
Can I bring my own material?
Gladly, by arrangement. We check beforehand whether it's suitable for machining. But we can also source material for you and cut it to size.
Do you install the milled parts as well?
Yes, on request. Whether a worktop with cut-outs, furniture parts or wall panelling: we manufacture and install from a single source.
