What does the sample service cost?
Small standard samples are free with genuine project interest. For elaborate special samples (e.g. lacquered fronts in a custom shade) we quote a small flat rate in advance, credited on commission.
How quickly do I receive samples?
Common wood species and finishes usually within a few days. Special shades and materials take a little longer — we tell you the timeframe when you ask.
Do I have to return the samples?
No. Keep them — they remain useful later, for instance when another piece in the same shade is added.
How big are the samples?
Big enough to properly judge grain and colour — handy pieces you can hold against the wall or lay on the floor. Larger sample surfaces are made by arrangement.
Can I also view samples directly in the workshop?
Gladly. In Nittendorf the common woods and finishes are ready to hand — you compare on site, and we answer your questions right away.
