A first phone call costs nothing. For on-site consultations we charge a flat rate (guide price from €89 plus travel), fully credited on commission.
Do you also advise if I'm not sure yet what I want?
Especially then. A vague "something with this wall" often turns into a concrete, affordable solution during the conversation — that is the point of the consultation.
Can I see references or examples?
Yes — in the workshop we show you materials and current pieces, plus photos of completed projects from the region.
How long does a consultation take?
Usually 45 to 90 minutes, depending on scope — enough time to go through room, wishes and options at leisure. We come with time, not in passing.
Am I committed to anything after the consultation?
No. You receive our honest assessment and then decide at your leisure — whether, when and with whom you carry out the project is entirely up to you.
