What does a clearance cost?
That depends on volume, accessibility and the type of items. After a short viewing — photos work too — we quote you a fixed price you can rely on.
How quickly can you clear?
Usually within a few days. If it's urgent — say, a flat handover — ask about an express date; Saturdays are possible for a surcharge.
What happens to well-preserved furniture?
Anything of value is offset against the price or passed on. As a carpentry workshop we can judge which piece deserves a second chance — only what truly nobody needs is thrown away.
Do I have to be there during the clearance?
Not the whole time. It's good if you're there for the handover at the start and the inspection at the end — in between, we work independently. Valuables and personal documents are always set aside for you.
Do I get proof of disposal?
Yes, on request we issue disposal documentation — for landlords, property managers or estate matters, for example. Just mention it beforehand.
