Sometimes the old has to go before something new can begin — before a renovation, after a move, or when a household is dissolved. We clear reliably and discreetly, separate what has value from what doesn't, and hand over every room broom-clean. On request with a fixed date and a clear flat rate after viewing.

Wood, metal, electronics, bulky waste: we separate cleanly and dispose through the right channels. With documentation for landlords or property managers on request.

Value offsetting
Well-preserved furniture and usable items are fairly offset against the price — as a carpentry workshop, we can see what a piece is still worth.

Dismantling included
Built-in wardrobes, kitchens and fixed furniture are professionally dismantled — without damage to walls and floors. That's our trade.

On the agreed day we clear quickly and considerately. Stairwells and access routes are protected; valuables are set aside for you.

Everything is sorted and properly disposed of; rooms are handed over broom-clean. With disposal documentation on request.

Frequently asked questions
What does a clearance cost?
That depends on volume, accessibility and the type of items. After a short viewing — photos work too — we quote you a fixed price you can rely on.
How quickly can you clear?
Usually within a few days. If it's urgent — say, a flat handover — ask about an express date; Saturdays are possible for a surcharge.
What happens to well-preserved furniture?
Anything of value is offset against the price or passed on. As a carpentry workshop we can judge which piece deserves a second chance — only what truly nobody needs is thrown away.
Do I have to be there during the clearance?
Not the whole time. It's good if you're there for the handover at the start and the inspection at the end — in between, we work independently. Valuables and personal documents are always set aside for you.
Do I get proof of disposal?
Yes, on request we issue disposal documentation — for landlords, property managers or estate matters, for example. Just mention it beforehand.
