With us, you get both together. We clear the property, dispose of everything properly and hand it over broom-clean. After that, we renovate the interiors with our own craftsmanship, from new floors to doors, drywall and built-in furniture.

Fair value offsetting
Well-preserved furniture and items are offset fairly against the price. That lowers the cost of the clearance.

Strip-out & dismantling
We strip out old built-in wardrobes, kitchens, panelling and floor coverings and dispose of them, in preparation for the renovation.

Renovating interiors
New floors, doors and windows, walls and ceilings in drywall, made-to-measure built-in furniture: we make the rooms habitable again or ready for sale or letting.

Yes, that's exactly the advantage. You have one point of contact, and the renovation can start right after the clearance.
What happens to furniture that's still in good condition?
Well-preserved furniture and items are offset fairly against the price. Anything that's no longer needed, we dispose of properly.
How quickly can a flat be cleared?
That depends on size and contents. We'll give you a firm date after the viewing. In urgent cases, short notice is also possible by arrangement.
Which renovation work do you do yourselves?
Everything that falls under carpentry and interior fit-out: floors and parquet, doors and windows, drywall, wall and ceiling panelling, and made-to-measure built-in furniture. When it comes to other trades, we tell you openly what we don't do ourselves.
